Charles Montgomery Skinner (Aug 4, 1844 - Jun 30, 1928) was an American writer who published myths and legends collection books. His dream was to make American folklore heritage more glorious. Skinner’s writings were wide ranging. Wahconah Falls is short story by Charles M. Skinner, included in "Myths and Legends of Our Own Land; Volume 04: Tales of Puritan Land". The story describes one of many episodes of confrontation between white men and Indians in America. In center this one were Wahconah and Nessacus, and indian woman and a British soldier. Their occasional meeting was about to change a lot of lives besides their own.
