Once upon a time there was an old man who lived with his life and son in a dirty, tumble-down cottage near the king’s palace. Despite that he lived in the miserable cottage, he was very wealthy, he was a great miser. He often lived without food all day sooner than change one of his beloved gold pieces. In one day he was dead because of his weakness. After that one night a stranger appeared in that house and said to his son that his mother wound dead soon and all money would belong to him. But the treasures of his father were ill-gotten. He advised the son to give back a half of money to the poor from whom he squeezed it. The other half he should throw into the sea. After that, the man vanished, and the youth awoke… What happened next?
