Julius Chambers (1850 – 1920) was an American author, editor, journalist, travel writer, and activist against psychiatric abuse. “Seven, Seven, Seven – City” is a great example of a short detective stories with a complex plot, fast moving, with plenty of impressive twists and turns, maintains an interesting combination between a rational detective mystery and an assortment of thriller features.
