Every nation in the world has its own folklore heritage — legends, myths, fairy-tales. In such stories the wisdom of every nation is collected and embodied, although some of the nations have similar tales, especially those who are neighbours. Legend and myths employ elements of supernatural origin: magic, gods, wonderful creatures. Tales are stories that are supposed to teach the coming generations by depicting various situations and various types of behavior demonstrated by the heroes. One Little Widow is the story of Sita, a little Indian girl, who lived in a shadow of widowhood as far as she could remember. She is but a child, tangled in cruel bonds and vicious traditions of Hinduism. And that religion gives almost no hope to those, who are believed to be marked with a curse. Many deep sorrows had fallen on her young heart, but she was still a child in mind and years, yearning for companionship and love. Site is just one of many, but who knows, maybe she’ll face a different fate.
