Herbert Spencer (27 April 1820 – 8 December 1903) is a British sociologist, anthropologist, philosopher and biologist. He is one of the pioneers of the idea of evolution. The main work of his life, Herbert called "First principles". Herbert was born in Derby, England and due to illness received home education.
