William MacLeod Raine was an American author, mostly known as the master of Western Fiction. He was born in London in 1871 but moved to the country of his novels, America, when he was just ten years old. A prolific writer, he published over 80 books during his lifetime. Some of them provided the basis for films.
“Brand Blotters” was published in 1911 and represents the classical example of Western Fiction, filled with action and adventures.
